Guest Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Guest User Agreement for youbuymywedding.com. This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use (as a wedding guest) of our service available under the domain at http://www.youbuymywedding.com (the "Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, you may not use or access our service.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement before you may become a user of the Site.

We may amend this User Agreement at any time by giving you Notice by posting the amended User Agreement on the Site. Any amended User Agreement will govern new user registrations from the date that it is posted on the Site. Existing users will be bound by the amended User Agreement after the expiry of 30 days following the date of a Notice.

Eligibility
Our services are not available to, and may not be used by, persons under the age of 18 years. If you are under 18 years old, you can use this service only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services.

Pledging
As a wedding guest making a pledge towards an item (or items) on a personal wedding page you must ensure that you are both legally, and financially, able to buy any item that you pledge towards.

Cancellation or postponement of a registered wedding
youbuymywedding.com cannot be held responsible for cancellation or postponement of any wedding that has been registered within a personal wedding page.  In the event that a registered wedding is cancelled or postponed, youbuymywedding.com will transfer the total wedding fund raised to date (less an administration charge) directly to the registered bride or groom whose responsibility it will then be to reimburse their guests. 


Access to our service
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to our service, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Therefore our website and our service is provided as and when available.
